What changed
I have been experimenting with three layers:
- Event buffering with expiry-aware replay
- Deterministic merge rules for conflict resolution
- Observability-first checkpoints at transition boundaries
This approach keeps behavior stable while still allowing intelligent systems to adapt when the distribution shifts.
